I like that Elle didn't resort to the mean behavior that people showed her. Instead she just focused on becoming the best law student and that she's not some ditzy woman. Also loved how her laptop is different from everyone else's standard black.

David (the guy who grabbed a hard-to-reach book for Elle) was awesome. He was the only one besides Emmett who never treated Elle like she didn't belong at Harvard, and it was nice of Elle to play the "jilted ex" role later on to make him look better to other girls.

I love how the teacher doesn't ridicule Elle or continue to judge her during this. She recognises Elle's intelligence and hard work to improve and let's her prove it to herself with answering the question. She doesn't immediately ridicule her for her simple answer, she knows Elle is right but needs her to learn to answer it as a lawyer, teaching her subtly how to prove everyone else wrong.
