I have a question.. what if when your alarm went off, you were in the beginning of a sleep cycle anyway? Why do we presume it goes off exactly at the end of our last sleep cycle? Because if that's not the case, we'd still feel the same regardless of how we woke up.. 🤔

Sleep is so important. Yes you have meditation, exercise, cold showers, but try just getting 8 hours of sleep minimum in a pitch black room and watch your days transform.
