I use the Logitech Folio Touch keyboard because of the extra protection the case offers. I travel to remote places in Africa and India so I need a protective case. Also my IPad is replacing an old Microsoft Surface 3 so I am used to the kickstand. It came down to the extra protection, function keys and price. My boss uses the Apple Magic keyboard and loves it. He always uses it at home or in the office so does not need the extra protection.

Right on! Binge watching a lot of your videos. I bought an iPad Pro 12.9 earlier this year in hope of replacing my aging 2012 Macbook Pro. I still haven't fully migrated to it, but your channel and one of the links you shared are motivating me. I bought the Smart Keyboard Folio, but wonder if I need the track pad. I'm also working on doing all of the editing for my YT channel on the iPad as well, but...old habits are hard to break. Thanks for sharing.

Just ordered the magic keyboard. I personally think it’s worth the extra $150. I hate how bulky the logitech one is and the kickstand will be very annoying if I were to place the ipad on my lap, and it takes up too much space on a desk. The magic keyboard is so much more sleek, expensive looking, and the floating mechanism is amazing.
