Is the Logitech Folio Touch Really Worth The Savings?

The Logitech Folio Touch for iPad pro is quite a bit more affordable than the Apple Magic Keyboard, but I'm not completely sure if it's worth the price savings. It does have some great features, but it doesn't work as well on your lap.

Make sure if you order any of these keyboards you check that they are compatible with the iPad you have!

I've used both, but I dont think the iPad is meant for "lap" laptop use. I feel for durability and ease of use the Folio is a better, way less expensive purchase. been very happy with it

Great job explaining the differences and adding the options for Logitech. Makes my decision easier. Logitech seems best for me.

I only spent $80 on my logitech folio because it was used like new. I also haven't had problems using it on my lap. I'd say it wins in a land slide 👍

The biggest issue is I bought the Logitech one but I used the keyboard like 2 times, later on I bought a regular folio Apple case and it was so much thinner.

Hi Thank you for the video. Can we remove the keyboard from the case. Just the lower part?

Logictech Folio Touch = 646g

Logictech Combo Touch = 780g

Magic Keyboard = 601g

Overall it feels like this is excessive weight to add to a portable computing device such as the iPad 11-inch at 460-70g It's borderline 150%+ more weight and falling over 1Kg which is substantially heavier and comparable to ultra-light laptops.

It seems to me to be a non-starter at these weights. The Magic Keyboard also suffers from exceptionally expensive price.

Your other useful reviews of the MX Mini Logitech keyboard (Portable Slim keyboard) appears a better option if you don't need a "Lapable" experience: With superior keyboards, lighter weight but more inconvenience not using the pins to autoconnect but bluetooth instead.

Very clear delivery, clear footage of the devices, and you cover important details: Informative; thank you.
