High Protein Breakfasts When You're Short on Time ⏰

Recipes HERE:

25 MIN Mediterranean Escape - impress yourself with this spread
A dollop of Greek yogurt
A dollop of hummus
1 hard boiled egg (can replace with smoked salmon or turkey bacon)
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Feta cheese
Rye toast
Sautéed mushrooms
Kimchi
Avocado
Dried basil
Rosemary for garnish

I love this because it’s a little bit of everything and a fun way to eat breakfast

Need something more simple?

7 MIN (or less)- snatched smoke salmon wrap
Carb smart tortilla wrap
Dollop of cream cheese
Dollop of hummus
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced tomatoes
Finely chopped spinach
Dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste (you could even add a squeeze of lemon)

Wrap it up and you’re good to go!

Prefer to have something on the sweeter side?

5 MIN whipped protein yogurt on the go
4-5 scoops of Greek yogurt
Half a scoop of vanilla protein powder
(Whip it up)
Toppings:
Blueberries
Raspberries
Sliced almonds
Chocolate chunks
@beeyawellness seeds (I’m in phase 2 right now)
Banana
Top with tahini

Cover and go (don’t forget a spoon!)

I don’t count calories, and I usually eyeball portion sizes 🤍

I ate the same breakfast for the past 1.5 years. It’s so good and 35grams of protein. Two toast, two eggs, one serving of fresh mozzarella, and cream cheese into a sandwich. Then a cup of milk for extra protein and green tea

This is so helpful! I hope you can share more about meals you have, and possibly any for your kiddos; I am doing your workouts but struggle with ideas for meals, especially for my kids; they aren't too picky, but it's hard to research what's actually healthy with all the fads, etc. Thanks for sharing! Can't wait to see more! Also, side note, as a marketer, I can already tell your audience would go nuts for any recipe book or guide on food ideas or healthy options!

Night before smoothie with eggs, yoghurt or kefir, cottage cheese, nuts & seeds, raw honey, milk, berries & banana. Don't even have to make anything in the morning, just get it out the fridge. Bang on.

Love this. Can you please do more protein anything? I struggle with not having enough protein per day with eating only 1 or 2 meals per day starting break fast at 2pm. ❤
