This PCOS Yoga sequence was designed to help with menstrual cramps, pain during ovulation, menstrual regularity, and insulin resistance all while providing a chance to support, connect to, strengthen, and stretch your body.

Yoga has been shown in the research to help with regulating periods, promoting ovulation, and reducing facial hair. It has also been shown to help drive down inflammation, insulin resistance, and testosterone. It can even improve acne, hair thinning, and anxious thoughts related to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

If you have PCOS, I hope it provides you with relief and hope.

Be well,

Kendra

Even though I don't suffer from PCOS or any kind of reproductive issues, I really enjoyed this gentle, beginner-friendly class. I also loved the soft music and the addition of the acupressure. Your voiceover was a little hard to hear in parts but otherwise a perfect class.

Thank you for this video. This is exactly what I need.
What do you think about getting pregnant in this crazy situation?
Could it be dangerous for both the woman and the child?

Hello! I've been following this and the other two (15mins and 25mins) routines every alternate day since three weeks now. I can't thank you enough for the way I feel after following your routine. You're a blessing! 🌱 I love how the transition from one pose to another is so smooth and absolutely calming. Thank you so much.
