25-Minute PCOS Yoga | Strengthening Yoga for Hormone Balance
Показать описание
This PCOS Yoga sequence was designed to help with menstrual cramps, pain during ovulation, menstrual regularity, and insulin resistance all while providing a chance to support, connect to, strengthen, and stretch your body.
Yoga has been shown in the research to help with regulating periods, promoting ovulation, and reducing facial hair. It has also been shown to help drive down inflammation, insulin resistance, and testosterone. It can even improve acne, hair thinning, and anxious thoughts related to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
If you have PCOS, I hope it provides you with relief and hope.
Be well,
Kendra
