You are so cute young lady, I have learned a lot from your video's. I am a 67 year old man. I am amazed at some of the wisdom you have. I have had insomnia for quite a while now but slowly but surely it is getting better. I don't worry about social media much but this anxiety about sleep has been one heck of a challenge! God bless you! Thank you for making video's that people like me can watch a learn about our thoughts. I know about the 3 principles... but I don't give credit to any one except God.

I would love to see more about innate joy and silliness. You did a tik tok that said you were born to be light and carefree. I’ve done really well letting anxious thoughts go, now I would like to find a lighter side to life in general. Would love your thoughts on not taking things so seriously.
