I sleep around 14 hours i don't know but i feel i fall in sleep so deeply that i cannot get up

I want to study, i have more interest in study, but my sleep always stops me 😭, my mind says go and sleep that will be nyc like tht, this is happening to me when i wentto 11th STD

I sleep 10-12 hours a night & always have since I was a little girl. I always wake up feeling tired at first, but as the day goes on I get energized. I’ve tried to sleep 6-8 hours lately, bc I know it’s not healthy to sleep that much but I feel sooo tired if I don’t get at least 10 😂

I did not get the impression (from this fragment of the talk) that Dr Karageorgiou was suggesting that too much sleep is a cause of dementia or other problems but rather that too much sleep might be a marker for certain problems.

M sleeping at time when everyone get up I. E 6:00am and waking up at 6:00pm 😩 missing every important things... Studying working nmz 😭 even though I wake in between for few minutes I act like now I don't sleep but again I fall a sleep!! M neet aspirnt now 🤚😵

I can not seem to get enough sleep i come home from work at 4 and I’ll be asleep by 6 and I’ll get up at 11 for around 30 min to shower and prepare my things for the next day and go right back to sleep until 6/630 and I could still stay in bed for the rest of the morning if I could.

I Am sleepy even after sleeping for 11 12 hours ...It feels like whenever u say go sleep ill fall into deep sleep within minutes

I really don't know the reason I can't keep my eyes open today, I'm sleeping way too much like again and and again with a gap of 10 minuted and a lap of 1 hour I can't even study its 1 pm right now and I've been trying to study since 8! I even woke up late today idk my body clock always wakes me up at 6 but I can't get why tf i woke up at 8
