Another "game changer for weight loss" -- Put the fork down and go outside to walk for an hour.

Exercise and eating healthy were proven as a game changer for weight loss 100 years ago, but that was overwhelmingly ignored.

Exercise and good diet are game changers. Avoid sugar at all cost. Or..just eat like a glutton and take these meds

A Big Mac meal is 1, 160 calories and has 49 g of fat (64% of your daily amount). FOR ONE MEAL!

When that's your 3x a week meal because wages are low and you live if in food desert, you're going to end up with a lot of fat people.

I was going to say "won't matter if you are eating more because this drug lets you take off the weight" but if it can convince you that you are full... well, that kind of is a game-changer. I was a smoker and dropped to 160lbs.. am 200lbs after quitting and the oral fixation is real so I am not 100% sure this would help someone like me.

No. Because most Americans won't be able to afford it.

Does it really cost $3K per month? How do you afford that?

Speaking as someone who needs this medication to live and is struggling to get it due to people & celebs buying it up for weight loss..Im so happy for you that you lost a few pounds while the people who actually need this can't get it.

I notice they talk about "body weight" lost, not body fat lost. How much bone mass, muscle mass, and other beneficial lean mass is being lost?

Never forget that Maddow told you it was safe and effective.

Completely cutting refined sugar from your diet is also a game changer....

I currently us monjuor for weight loss and have lost 42lb in 6 months. I feel great and I am glad decided to use it. It will be appreciated for FDA to approve for weight loss.

Will this drug allow people to be as greedy and as glutinous as possible, eat and drink whatever they want, do no exercise and still be thin? Definitely not. But people like to hope, don't they?

If this is the same type of drug as Ozempic or Victoza it won't work for me. Didn't lose one pound on them.

I did same thing with no drug. I have had T2D since 1996. I lost over 15% my weight and discounted 7 meds. With no crap no markings gizmo.
