Dr. Stanton is a Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist and Assistant Professor at California State University, East Bay. He holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Behavioral Medicine from Duke University. He completed his internship and postdoctoral training at Stanford University and the VA Palo Alto Hospital. He received his B.A. from Brown University.

Such a thought provoking video! I found it so interesting when you said that Professor's at Duke University have found that exercise has been found to be just as affective as antidepressants, but without the side effects. I also love that you touched on the connection between diet and mental health, as the science behind mind-gut connection is becoming increasingly popular and revolutionary in mental health.
