In the video tutorial we will be covering how to plank. The front plank exercise is a great anti-extension drill when done correctly. I am 58 yrs old and a little overweight. Started planking 20 seconds 3 times a the 2nd day all the muscles in my body ached my stomach muscles were killing me...its been a week and a half and I am up to 35 seconds (woo hoo) 3 times a day and finally my body doesn't hurt anymore...starting to feel much better and stronger..goal is to do 1 minute planks 3 times a day... it has helped my stress and posture as I groom about 8 to 12 dogs a day and no time for excercise.... looking forward to feeling better

1. Straighten out lower back by doing a posterior pelvic tilt.
2. Keep forearms straight not pointed to each other
3. Protract shoulders
4. Keep feet together and quads tight.
