I love a good Amish potato salad but this recipe was very disappointing. I made this today, following the ingredients and measurements. I had to watch the video "several times" since there are NO measurements listed!!! Way too much vinegar for this recipe and it ruined the potato salad. I knew this going in but I wanted to follow the recipe. It does have potential but you'd have to play around with measurements, less vinegar for sure!
