That’s a great way but my dad grills the potatoes so they have a nice smoky-grilled flavor

My Grandma and Godmother are both cooks, so there is the Swiss twist on it : pickled cucumbers... Or normal cucumbers, if you don't like pickles... to really upgrade it, for family meetings or anything you do in advance: you use non starchy potatoes and soak the boiled potatoes in some broth overnight or for 2-4 hours! You'll the best potato salad you ever had!!! 😋

Only thing i did differently was add a stalk of celery. My oldest normally dont like potatoe salad but she ate this. Is actually amazing 😊

Never cut before boiling. Your potatoes get water logged and can have that weird texture. Otherwise looks okay

Keep in mind the way you cook the potatoes will have an effect on the what percent of them is water and what percent is absorbed dressing

I would replace parsley with cilantro, leave the lemon out add fine chopped onions n no bacon
