AP Classes Ranked in 60 Seconds

Here are the 10 AP exams I took ranked from easiest to hardest. I hope this list is controversial.

My Calc bc teacher told us in the beginning of the year that the calculus wasn't hard, it's the algebra that kills you. Even if you understand the concept, when you have to do tons of steps, you're bound to make a mistake that ruins the whole solution

And then there's AP Computer Science Principles, the most boring, useless, and easy AP class, but somehow you'll still get a 2

Managed to get a 5 on the AP German exam because of the fact that I know german well lol

For reference for AP Physics C: Scores are rounded up heavily due to lower scores across the board and the amount of concepts you’d need to memorize to get a 5 without rounding.

I managed to snatch a 5 in ap world during my freshmen year and to this day it’s still my proudest achievement

AP Human is kinda like AP Psych- if you can remember the 70+ terms, and sound smart when integrating that vocab into the FRQs then you'll be fine. As for AP World- I can see how it could be difficult for some, but the 2022 test was so fricking easy🤣🤣

The thing with the AP exams is that it's all about how good you are at a subject relative to other people that take the test. Like AP german the expectation that you're pretty good at German. On the other hand a lot of people take AP calc or Physics and stuggle a lot so if you can do a handful of problems correctly you can do pretty well.

Music Theory AP is definitely one of if not the hardest. A lot of it is skills and concepts that are super difficult to understand if you’re not already VERY musically inclined, even for musicians.

Bruh BC was the easiest AP test I’ve taken simply because my school makes the course about 10 times harder than it needs to be lol

I am a freshman who just did my ap world history test and it was so nerve-wracking, I felt like I didn't know any of the 800 years of history we learned 😅

AP Physics C: E&M. I had no idea what the fuck I was doing

Had an easier time with Calc BC and Chem

AP Studio Art: As long as you actually use your time wisely, you're good. If you don't, then have fun frantically trying to draw 15-20 full pieces in a couple months without driving yourself insane.

I took AP World History last year as a sophomore and I had a great time in that class. Ended getting a 4 on the exam.
Now I’m a junior taking APUSH and APCSP for my AP classes.

not me going to take ap world this year and barely even remembering anything in class 💀
what doesn’t help is that our school’s ap world class doesn’t even follow the collegeboard curriculum
