😂😂 You guys crack me up! I want to thank you for all the exercises, especially for the back, hip, and shoulder. I was suffering with bad pain and numbness. It really helped me gain strength and heal. I was afraid I would have to avoid exercise all together. But I realized those areas were weak or were where I did the wrong movements to cause injury. I had physical therapy previously. You guys have a treasure trove that will last. Feeling better everyday with a smile!🌞

These are all good to know. I've been doing the first one. The modified yogo posture "Cobra". It has been a life saver for me. I do it everyday and my middle back-pain is just gone.

I’m a physical therapist and I enjoy your videos. I like getting different perspectives on exercises. I especially loved brad getting stuck with his chest/pec stretch and needing to readjust. Lol.

As someone with arthritis of the lower spine and feet flatter than a pancake, I've really embraced your advice. But please, please can you put out a book? It's difficult to make written directions for all your great tips. If not a book then a series of specific cd's focusing on one are of the body per cd. Thank you so much for taking the time to education us all.

That tune is catchy! What about lying on your stomach and arching your back up to read a book? I read two pages this way outside (to get some sun), and then turn over and read on my back, and keep switching back and forth.
