Learn the Change Triangle and understand your emotions! In this video sponsored by Avaiya University I review the three corners of the Change Triangle so you can practice working it yourself to label defenses (the creative maneuvers we reflexively do to avoid emotions), calm anxiety and shame (inhibitory emotions), and validate our core emotions (sadness, fear, anger, disgust, joy, excitement, sexual excitement). When we contact our core emotions, we open the doorway to the openhearted state of the authentic Self.
