In this video sponsored by Avaiya University I review the three corners of the Change Triangle so you can practice working it yourself to label defenses (the creative maneuvers we reflexively do to avoid emotions), calm anxiety and shame (inhibitory emotions), and validate our core emotions (sadness, fear, anger, disgust, joy, excitement, sexual excitement). When we contact our core emotions, we open the doorway to the openhearted state of the authentic Self.

I'm working with my counselor on this now it is true. Just a warning I had a lot of anger start creeping in and it took me a few weeks to realize what was going on. But anger one of things blocking me from reaching my true content confident self. It works its worth it. 🤠

Hopefully, the Change Triangle becomes mainstream. This needs to be taught to everyone in high school. It will benefit everyone
