This is a gentle breathing meditation for giving and receiving compassion to help you receive the qualities of compassion with each in-breath and give qualities of self-compassion and compassion to others you care about on each out-breath. During this breathing meditation, let your body fill you and nourish you with each breath.

About us:
At our core, we all have the capacity to be gentle and kind to ourselves. Different experiences in our past can make it challenging to find this core compassionate self. Past hurt, pain, and sorrow make it difficult for this part of ourselves to shine through. Self-judgement, rumination, and isolation lead us to be less compassionate with ourselves and our experiences. Through intentional practice, we can cultivate and nurture an environment where self-compassion and compassion for others can flourish. As self-compassion and compassion for others grows, it is propagated and spread across the earth. Together we can explore, cultivate, nurture, and propagate compassion.
