I understand running would be pulling from carbs, but what if we our glycogen storages are already depleted

Great video. I usually walk about 3.8 mph on my 15 minute break at Wegmans or a distance of about 0.93 miles during that time.

I walked about 2hrs but didn't get that much result. So I decided go for run It burns more calories in less time and less distance It will be best if it was sprint running

Okay but the confusing part is that even if you lose more weight while running, more of the weight you lose is muscle. While walking helps you lose weight but most of it is fat? People don't want to lose "weight" but instead "fat weight". Sure you lost 20 pounds. But what's the pound if it when 15 pounds of the the 20 is muscle weight for example?

I do sprinting workouts once every 3 days and I’m combining over an hour of walking, every day, with a decent calorie deficit in the hopes of lowering my body fat percentage... as far as I’m informed, that should work. Am I correct ?😂

Best calorie burn is walking on a sandy beach

I have been walking for nearly all of my life more than an hour a day...

The only thing that's helped me lose weight and be more lean is running an hour and a half, 3tines a week or just hard-core fitness workouts.

Burning fat because of walking is for fat people.

If you are regular fit person... it might help a little to maintain your figure but definitely not to go to ' fit level'

Personally speaking, For fat loss, walking with good form is king. It also improves your posture, and it helps improve lower body and abdominals. The brain also feels much better and efficient after a long walk. 15- 20 miles a day is a workout, throw some hills and 🤗.
