let's get our lives back together! i am officially starting my 66 day challenge tomorrow - join me if you like or just watch me & cheer me on hehe. i hope you will enjoy this little day in my life, trying to get out of a slump and becoming the best version of myself again ❤️

MY 66 DAYS CHALLENGE
☾ Wake up before 8am on 6 out of 7 days
☾ No social media within the first hour of the day
☾ Plan days & weeks using a planner (can be digital or paper based)
☾ Write and structure my own workouts whenever I can
☾ Get up and out to the gym within one hour after waking up when I can
☾ Take care of my physical self
☾ Eat well
☾ Do some work every day & get it done on time
☾ (At least) 20 minutes of gentle movement, preferably walks, each day
☾ Feed my soul by doing or eating things that bring me joy
☾ Read at least 10 pages of a book I enjoy each day
☾ Go to sleep between 11pm and 12am

I actually cried listening to the first 3 minutes of this video. I have been feeling guilty for falling out of my healthy routines because, just as you said, life got in the way. Thank you so much for talking about this, this helped me to understand and accept that it's normal to go through a fallout, and it makes me feel less alone. Sending much love!

hoping someone would comment the daily habits she puts in the corner so i will ☺️

1. wake up before 8am
2. no social media for the first hour of the day
3. weekly + daily planner
4. write my own workout
5. go to the gym within one hour after waking up when u can + 4-5 times a week
6. take care of my physical self
7. make the bed everyday
8. eat well and what you crave
9. get work done + on time
10. feed my soul (do or eat something that brings me joy)
11. read at least 10 pages of a book of your choice
12. go to bed within 11pm + 12am

i haven’t even watched the video yet but just by reading the description of the goals, i think this will be the best one i can find. i’ve been looking at fifty day challenges, “project 50”, and others. even though this one is longer i think it’ll actually fit with my schedule.

i think i’ll do it!

This is a great video. I fell into a depression for eight years. Yes, eight years but things haven't gotten much better. I've taken some additional notes and will accept this challenge. I just subscribed.
