I am bullied at school, and my anxiety is so severe, i don't think I am bullied really much, but it happens like this: I'm in 9th grade. there are four boys that bully me, sometimes they come to our class and luagh at me, when I go to gym in school, they bully me that i don't play volleyball well... when I go from school to home, they can push me in my shoulder. So when I go to school and from it, I am always stressed because I can meet them, I am also stressed during classes and have severe anxiety. When I get home i thank god im alive and healthy, but when I go to sleep, stress comes to me (about next day). I am really stressed that they can bully me tomorrow... This shit continues like third or fourth month. I am happy that I have summer holidays in 1 month. I am even was scared to go for a walk with my friends today, because I was scraed to meet them. I talked with parents about all this, they heard me out and supported me, but they didn't say me what to do with my anxiety and stress. They say - "Just don't be scared", "Just don't be anxious ", "Just don't think about them"... I think they kind of don't understand me. So i need some help

Hi I've watched this and another video of yours, subscribed to learn more because you're someone who talks a bit differently about this issue and with who for the most part I agree. I will not describe my history when it comes to the issue, other than to say I had issues with it for a couple years, and that it was caused by another health issue, so it was not a problem by itself initially. That other issue wore my nerves down with time and hence why I'm on this video. I'm glad to say that at this point in time I'm almost completely recovered from this issue. It sometimes shows up, but I almost have no need for its meds anymore.

The thing I wanted to point out is that I agree with your point that people who experience this issue has their resilience smacked down, and I can totally relate to that. I had nerves of steel. I used to play concerts in front of crowds or give presentations, live an active life and today I am not the same person, hence why I agree with your words that a person in a calm and stressed state is two completely different individuals.

Anyway. I'm still working on my progress to completely recover from this. But if anyone's interested, what most helped me was:
- Medication, when it was needed. And not using it, when it was not needed, so as to not acquire dependency.
- Natural herbs that strengthen your nervous system - the main one being valerian root, and others (like Melissa) of similar effect. They are usually in composition with valerian root in most natural supplements.
- Binaural Beats. Yeah, I'm not sure about effect of these things, because it is hard to measure, but I did notice a difference after some sessions while listening to binaural beats, for me particularly 528 Hz seemed to resonate well. You can explore other variants, search for solfeggio frequencies and for videos that are designed more for nerve recovery. Even if it is a semi-placebo, I think it still promotes healing because this type of music relaxes you very well.
- Exercise. I have to mention exercise because it has a stress-lowering effect and always increases your resilience in many forms.
All in all these are just some things that I found that helped me recover some part of my resilience long-term.

Note: I am not anyone who is a specialist, always consult your healthcare provider, I'm just someone who's sharing experience.

Iam getting suicidal thoughts. Iam just 28 years old.
iam suffering from severe depression And physical bodily pain symptoms for last 3 months, iam taking two psych meds present.. can i tapper of both clonazepam (0.5 mg) & vortioxetin (10mg) have been using for 3 weeks only.. I don't want to stay on these pills which cannot give me relef rather more I'll feeling..
