Macros Part 3: Macronutrient Guidelines for Bulking

***Please keep in mind these numbers used are estimations!! There is no perfect calculator out there or magic formulas. Every person will vary with their needs and it takes a little of trial and error in the beginning but once you get past that point and find your true maintenance it becomes easy!

This video will provide a presentation similar to Macros Part 2 but will explain how to find your maintenance caloric intake. From there we will break down how to adjust our macros and calories for those who are interested in bulking and gaining weight!

Macronutrients! - The nutrients that provide calories or energy. They are needed for growth, metabolism, and other body functions. Macro means "large" and these are the nutrients we need in large amount.
The three macronutrients are:
Protein Carbohydrates and Fats
