It’s great, but I think so many people misjudge what their RPE/RIR really is.

Generally if I do an exercise that I can only do 6, at most 12, reps I wind up in the 1-3 RIR range anyways.
May just be two different ways of conceptualizing the same or maybe a similar thing.
