Man as much as I love all the information out now with rpe and rir and peds and functional, mesocycles, assault cycles, nandrolone only cycles.... it's too much. Sometimes I just wanna go to the gym and just lift heavy shit til my nose bleeds. I'm sure I could get more results if I wasn't a stupid meat head but I wind up mindfucking myself into a bad workout. Appreciate everything you guys do here, another great vid.

Just judge the reps by the speed the bar is moving at, I find this is a better way to measure my strength going up for most compound lifts than using rir or rpe because both are really arbitrary but bar speed is observable
