My problem was solved by the command sudo dpkg --configure -a, then sudo apt -f install

Thanks, it really helped me solve the problem, i got unmet dependencies issue while installing Wine on ubuntu 20.04 ... sudo dpkg --configure -a command solved the issue for me

i stuck with OS update to 20.04 last night. when tried all ur suggestions nothing worked out for me. tried with sudo apt update it gives me 1046 packages can be upgraded. and when i did sudo dpkg --configure -a it gave me 20 packages that had problem. please suggest how to resolve this @OSTechHelp
