this is a question that im curious of what happens if your ex wants to break up and than says she wants to break up and help you find a gf or that she doesn't care that your with other people mainly girls etc what do you do than? another question is what happens if your ex doesn't want you to chase them though than how are you gonna get them back if she already told you not to talk to them not to pursue or chase and what happens if they don't miss you, how can you get them back?

Hi Coach Adrian, I have been watching your videos and have really been learning alot. My ex & I broke up last Sunday. We broke up because I would accuse him of things without evidence and cause fights over small things. He felt like I couldn’t make him happy and it was straining on his mental health. I saw him yesterday and we talked about things. At first, he seemed super unsure and after a few hours of having fun together, he changed his mind and we got back together. I feel like hes still holding back a little emotionally because hes worried things will go back to the way they were. How do I know if he actually wants to be with me or if he just got back together with me because he misses the validation/affection I give him? How do I stop being anxious and trust him at his word?

Hi Coach, she has been texting me for the last 2-3 days regarding resetting the apple watch she gave me.
