Something I often suffer with is achiness and tension around my jaw area, which I sense is due to stress and anxiety. It really got me thinking about the mind-body connection, so this week I am making it my challenge to give more attention to my inner body.

Very good point, “don’t fight the body”. Yaaaas energy is so important to listen or pay attention to. Attention is key 🙌🏻✨! Can’t let negative things take over our energy. I love Meditation, it’s soooo calming! So was this video! 💖

I feel disconnected with myself from past Twenty Years, infact I feel disconnected with everyone and everything around me, something might have gone wrong in my subconscious 2 decades back, affects my work and finance and relationships a lot, How do I get back to myself ???

Tried almost everything, but doesn't work
