Imane was born female. She has a period and can conceive children. She simply has an imbalance in her body that causes her to produce high levels of testosterone. Certain competitions don’t allow women with excess levels of testosterone to compete. This is not a matter of sex/gender but of hormones.

Let's keep it those having X & Y chromosomes (Men) at birth, need to compete in the XY category, and all those having X & X chromosomes need to compete in XX category. All those having XY chromosomes at birth & identifying as XX and or vice versa, need to compete in a new category ( let's call it XYZ caregory) let's be fair to everyone!
