this guy is a flexible eater and that is wise cuz it helps keep your sanity and focus.. making your goals more achievable. its a marathon not a sprint...

I walked 45 minutes on my under desk treadmill at a 2.0 pace and walked 1.30-something distance and burned 71 calories.

Inspired coach🙏🏽👏🏽, I'm on day 5 of 10k+ steps however, today I'm doing maybe 6k I have to be somewhere so I can't do the whole hour and a half it takes me to complete 10k+

What are you doing for resistance training while doing this?

I only have an air bike, so I can't quite do the same thing until I can get a treadmill. I am working on a cut for something coming up in April.

I started around 240 and I think for now the goal wait is to get around 220 or a little lower.

Down 9 and feeling really good, but my SI joint keeps slipping and hitting my nerve. It’s now to the point where it will happen driving in car. The weight room is out, starting to learn calisthenics. 42 has been rough on me so far 😂

Conflicted over needing to eat more yesterday. Felt physically better today, and it was good day including HIIT... but mentally.... Arghhh those neurotic "Chicken Licken" archaic voices that always fear eating more. Anyway, enough of that battle. I kept to the 2kg weights but decided to do "nose breathing" only for the evening walk. Wahoo band HR for the two walks - same pattern but 10 beats per minute more when nose only. (But it felt like more!) Overall a good day!

Man, pop tarts in the morning? I’d relapse into being a tub of lard in no time.

No shade on carbs, though. I’m getting more into my diet because I’m aiming for a marathon in 3 months
