I just recently got into Chris Bumstead and I’ve just kinda known of him for the longest time, but never really got interested in him. But after seeing his latest Olympia win, his physique, philosophy, and just this diet video, I’m definitely interested in him now. Seems like a genuinely, nice, intelligent, young guy!

I honestly loved this episode most of the time i see bodybuilders say they are not eating for taste but eating to build muscle this guy says everything he eats has to taste good or he wont eat it im in that same boat.
