This is a raw interview from the early days of the project. It was recorded for use in editorial and never meant for presentation in this format. But because of numerous requests we've prepared it for release in its entirety here.

Above is day one, which was an impromptu sit down. We were just scheduled to meet Ray and get to introduce ourselves. After a brief chat we asked if he'd be up for sitting down on camera.

I'm sorry to share that my uncle Raymond died on Thanksgiving day (2022). (My dad and Raymond were brothers.)

I'm so, so, so glad I stumbled into Dr. Peat's work. For so long, ever since I was a kid, I was told my condition was permanent. That it was genetic, and therefore there was nothing they could do to help me besides treating the symptoms as I deteriorated. Listening to and reading his work for the first time ever in my life gave me the hope that I could figure things out, that I could actually get better, and that it was within my grasp. Soaked in as much information as I could retain, and then started making changes to my diet, supplements/vitamins I was taking, and I went from being in non-stop chronic pain even while on 3 relatively high doses of kratom a day, to cutting my kratom usage in half in 2 days while being able to walk and stand for 5 HOURS STRAIGHT with NO PAIN. NONE. I am usually riddled with inflammation, and even a couple hours after coming back home from being out my pain was a 1-2 in only a couple joints, and I didn't feel a thing the next day from that. Usually it's pretty much all over, and constant in specific places, and I'd need a day to recover from something like that. And this was done on a shitty 6 hours of sleep! If change can be felt this rapidly, I see no reason I cannot hope to fully reverse my condition. I never thought I could even dream of being healthy, hell I couldn't imagine not being functionally disabled, forget healthy. All I've wanted is the capability to do physical labor. It's what I enjoy the most, but the pain from even simple tasks makes physical labor of almost any kind unbearable. I don't want to be in an office all day, I do not want to sit at a desk tapping away on a keyboard, staring at a monitor. I want to use my body, I want to be outdoors. Now I feel like that simple, yet previously unthinkable goal is achievable thanks to Ray, and so many people who have taken the time to learn from him, and share his work with others. Thanks so much for uploading this. I keep learning more and more, and it really helps my confidence in all of this continue growing. About 2 weeks in now and new knowledge keeps getting dropped on me, and the changes keep stacking up. Thank you Ray, you were one of a kind. I'm so glad a string of coincidences lead me down this path, and that you left so much for us at the end of it.

Looking good ray! I’m so grateful to have found your teachings in my early 20s rather than living blind and following the government ‘nutritional’ advice

Enjoying listening to this now...I was clued in to the remarkable Dr. Ray Peat and Dr. Gilbert Ling by my great father. Thank you to all of the aforementioned, and those involved in the creation of this channel and its videos. The dissemination of truth and the exposure of dogma is so very appreciated. Subscribed and sharing! 🙏🤓❤

My soul needed this! What minds history has given us, and what a catastrophe it is that as a humanity we’re not encouraged and shepherded to think in these manners. It makes me think that the small minded who aim to control, silence, and kill, well the energy that has made them is just very low in hysteresis. Anyway, thank you!
