Great vid Sistas!!! I'm 60 ...and I've been following diet trends since Dr Adkins in the mid late 1970s. I can tell all your subs that Ray Peat is the greatest mind in this field of the last 50 years. .... My mom my aunt my grandparents died of Alzheimer's. ...and my maternal grandmother died of brain cancer at age 58. I attribute their Alzheimer's and neurodegeneration to the PUFA of Crisco. Crisco is a highly Poly unsaturated transfat that was created in 1910 and was used in excess by my grandparents and parents in the 1930s 40s 50s and by millions of other Americans. Ray Peat holds the key to health without any doubt. He explains in detail the cause of Alz and other diseases. I've been eating as per Dr. Peat for the last 6 years.... And he's kept me in super great health... 510 ht 157 wt and 31 waist and i look late 40s.... Ray Peat is truly the one diet guru you will ever need.. ps... Yes as Ray Peat says: Sugar is therapeutic! I add Sugar to my diet to blunt cortisol!

Congratulations girls this is a great interview! I was keto for 15 months, carni for 9 months but I am now doing Ray Peat's diet because I'm into an awfully painfully depression, and hypothyroidism with my menopause symptoms 🙏✨🙏✨🙏❣️needing lots of love and compassion. I doesn't feel like me anymore. My life is taken. I hope I see improvements soon.

My basal temperature is below 36 c only God knows for how long my body has been pushing and pushing through my adrenals 🙉🤦🏻‍♀️😔😔😔

It's interesting to hear him say that fatty acid metabolism induces cancer and inflammation when I've seen many beat cancer, autoimmune diseases and even stage 4 renal disease on a low carb/carnivore/keto diet. Also inflammation markers tend to go really low for many. I recently heard an interview by Dr Ken Berry with Ben Bikman and Ben said that contrary to what people think, free fatty acids are LOWER in the blood of low carbers vs high carbers. I'm following both sides and GOSH, the conflicting information is mind boggling. Personally I did horribly on both ways (which I did for years) so I'm stuck on the Randle cycle ride in the middle and don't know what to believe when both sides have credible but totally conflicting evidence. 🤪🤔😩

I love listening to new information that contradicts a lot of my own view points as well as other people's. I know it's hard for many to just agree to disagree, but I appreciate this video so so much. Good luck with your journey to better health!!

So many people seeking answers about health and nutrition end up finding Ray Peat after so many experiments like vegan, keto, carnivore, bro gym guy diet, etc. Just goes to show how truth finds a way amidst all this misinformation. Thank you Dr. Peat
