How you really bout to call out beans like that lmao. The only reason beans make people gassy is cause they are so high in fiber & most Americans don’t get nearly the right amount of fiber everyday. Once you start regulating your fiber levels daily you won’t get gassy anymore lol. Sorry but meat & dairy contribute to gas much more than beans :, )
