This is awesome! When I went to Europe in June, I happened to lose my phone on the first day there and had no access to social media for about a month! I ended up buying a new phone there but still could not access social media! I had one of the most fun and adventurous experience ever without social media! I knew that if I had access to social media, I would be posting a lot and I would miss out on a lot just by looking down at the phone all the time!!! I had no distractions and I could truly focus in the moment and enjoy those around me!!

I quit all my addictions and this is the last one I have, its incredible how they programmed us to feel FOMO, and to feed our minds with information that in 95% we don't need. Of course channels like this are gems but most of the internet for example, news, p0rn, etc are thrash, because they don't improve our life in any way. A lot of people have so miserable lifes that they want to forget about themselves or problems so sometimes instead of drugs they simply binge watch or scroll.

Loved this interview - so happy AJ is staying off social media. His life would be so much better for letting go of that addiction! Otherwise, he would have to stay constantly vigilant to his addiction, maybe go to 12 step groups and get an accountability partner. He is an inspiration!
