The irony of me procrastinating at work and my workouts while watching a video on a social media platform about how social media is a time suck is not lost on me

Deleted everything except for YouTube. I do not miss fake social media, but appreciate learning from good honest content creators on this platform

Great video bro. I deleted social media last year and I have a lot more time for everything. The determining factor for me is realizing social media is designed to be addicting. People are hooked bad on doomscrolling and dopamine from likes. I used to be.

I bought the buff dudes cookbook a while back and it’s cool to see where they put it all together. Very wholesome

Fantastic video, just what I needed right now. I feel like at 34 I've already wasted a lifetime's worth of time, just endlessly scrolling around online, sucking in negativity and self-doubt, instead of appreciating my daily life and just learn new things. You also inspire me to return to drawing, something I haven't done in forever. Thanks for the extra reminder of just how short life is, and how unnatural it is for us to only live it through our phones.

I quit social media for 2 months, I took my first trip to Las Vegas, experienced my first music festival (Sick New World), trained at the Dragon's Lair, went to the casino for the first time (in Vegas) and I never felt the need to either post about it or download the socials. All the pictures are on my phone, all the memories are in my heart and about 3 months after the trip, I haven't felt the need to post the pics or clips or anything because it's my experience. It's not for likes or heart reacts.

Currently I am back on socials but because I play in a band that plays around town and I have to promo, and to be honest, I really didn't miss social media at all for the time I was out. Actually makes me look at my phone less.

Loved the video Brandon, BUFF Dudes was the first fitness youtube page I came across that got an instant Subscribe years ago and one of my Favorites to this day.

This was incredibly motivational, Great work! Social media is truly a double edged sword in that you can meet tons of people you wouldve never had the chance to before and connect on topics yall love, but also sadly many negative things. Terminally online is joked about but it really can take a toll if ya aint careful. This video inspired me to try to cut back as well cause that whole bit about going into a scrolling trance and the day being wasted is too damn accurate.

I found keeping all the social accounts, but deleting the apps only to quickly download to check back in once or twice a week then delete the app again totally changed my life.

Been 4 years since I used social media and never looked back. The mind is so clear and free and I’ve learned so much on personal interest/hobbies by devoting my time to learn

Key point that i learned “it’s the time you put into doing it not watching others that will make you better” couldn’t agree with you more.

Best decision of my LIFE was deleting/deactivating my FB & Insta accounts. So much bullshit and drama instantly gone.

Kudos for that part at the end acknowledging taking to social media to discuss giving up social media...on social media. Most folks lack the self awareness to catch that. The
endless loop of people taking to social media, to complain about social media telling people to give up social media...all whilst on social media, is lunacy. Well done!!

Awesome to see how the new plan came together and where my books come from! Have all the others and gotta say this is one of my favorite covers.

Equally as cool to see one of the Buff Dudes drew the cover. Starting week 4 Monday. Stay Buff!
