Welcome to day 3! Today we will be focusing on strength exercises for the chest, shoulders & triceps. This quick, effective strength training program is great for seniors and beginners who want to see an improvement in strength while exercising at home. Whether you are 20 or 70, this strength training program can help you to become a stronger you in a short period of time. We will work out 5 days a week, have two days off and will come back the next week with new exercises to keep you motivated. This program is suitable for seniors who are used to exercising, and beginners new to strength training. Ensure you warm up first and check in with your doctor to make sure you can start a strength training program.

Of course this was a great workout with excellent coaching from you. I started the day with a 10 minute cardio routine and ended it with this one. To me it makes no difference in what order I do these exercises, I know I'm coming to a familiar trainer and worthwhile exercises...Anastasia

hi! tgif series has been great. i’m 34. was in a bad traumatic accident in 2019. I need to lose weight to put less pressure on the nerves in my feet! I love your short encouraging workouts! see you tomorrow! 💪🏻💪🏻

Hi Jules! Day 3 was a little harder today (good harder) and I liked that I had to work at it. It feels pretty good using my muscles again! I did it after my cardio so it was a good pace. Thank you!

I usually have difficulty with doing the fly, but sitting in the chair and leaning back to do it definitely helped. Thanks for the tip, Jules!

Thanks so much. I'm on my 2nd round of the 25 day workout challenge. Working towards improving my strength by increasing the weights and reps. I'm feeling great and my husband has noticed the difference and is super proud of me too.

Thank you Jules for another great training session. You rightly point out not to swing your arms with weights mindlessly, but to feel that weight in your muscles (whether light or heavy) and slowly lower your arms with the weight forcing your muscles to work. 💛
