Every concentration of armored, especially tracked troops at the NATO border would cause a significant strengthening of NATO troops there, weeks ahead. There is no way, you can be surprised by this.
Also, relocating so many forces from the Ukraine theater would significantly weaken the fronts there and allow them breakthroughs.

Also little reminder- baltic states have NATO bases full of all kind of NATO toys including plains. Also there are Finns and Poles with a bunch of plains less than half a hour flight time away. Stupid video

This is mostly bullshit as currently there are almost 40.000 NATO in the Baltics. The German Army alone is going to have more soldiers in Lithuania than the whole Lithuanian army combined, not to mention other six NATO nations having troops there, including the US. Also, while NATO only has ~30 fighter aircraft in the Baltics there are roughly 1200 within range in other NATO nations and another 2500 within Air-Refuel range.
First, troop movements are easy to spot. You can not get "100.000 men and 1000 tanks" anywhere as a surprise.
Also, in case of aggression the military has already permission to mobilize and defend itself. A Brigade-General doesn't need the OK from the General Secretary to bring his troops out of the barracks into pre-prepared trenches (and yes, NATO has build trenches in the Baltics).
Overall this channel is click-baiting as usual.
