Tensions between Russia and NATO are once again rising following incendiary comments from Putin and Donald Trump. So in this video we'll explain how Russia could destabilise Europe and whether a war between NATO and Russia is a genuine possibility.

Our mission is to explain news and politics in an impartial, efficient, and accessible way, balancing import and interest while fostering independent thought.

TLDR is a completely independent & privately owned media company that's not afraid to tackle the issues we think are most important. The channel is run by a small group of young people, with us hoping to pass on our enthusiasm for politics to other young people. We are primarily fan sourced with most of our funding coming from donations and ad revenue. No shady corporations, no one telling us what to say. We can't wait to grow further and help more people get informed. Help support us by subscribing, engaging and sharing. Thanks!

Shouldn't Finland and Sweden be colored blue in the thumbnail as they have officially entered NATO?

I'm sorry, but your map of NATO messes with my head.
Last I checked:
- Sweden and Finland are now in NATO
- Ireland isn't and neither is Kosovo

Northern Ireland is in NATO, the Republic is Neutral and not a NATO Member

Could Russia attack NATO? Yes, but only once, and it wouldn't end well for anyone involved

Is it not peculiar that so many people are so obsessed by earthly land and power, that conflict is based on history of a lifetime, when we have the entire universe to explore together for eternity? It shows how shortsighted we still are as a species.

Just a small thing to ask but could you please use normal units when talking about Europe? No one here knows how much a mile or a foot is. Thank you!

With Finland and Sweden in nato Suwałki gap had became useless in Russian strategy, since Russia would be never able to achieve air superiority over Baltic Sea, therefore quick deliveries of soldiers and equipment to the baltics through Finland would be not very difficult

Could Russia attack NATO? Yes
Could Russia defeat NATO? No
Could Russia kill every thing on the planet for the sake of an old man's ego? Yes.

I somehow missed the transition from “Russia has no tanks and missiles left” to “Will Russia attack NATO?”

Dont forget that each country has it own military to deploy and that Finland and Sweden has a military colabration even before we joined NATO.

A military attack on Lappland, Svalbard or Gotland or any claims on those areas will trigger responses and help from other nordic countries even before Articel 5 can be triggered.

Neightbours help neightbours.

Somehow both thumbnail and map in the video are wrong in a different ways.

2022: "F-16 for Ukraine? ATACAMS? More weapons? Let's not provoke, it's too dangerous. We gonna wait and think carefully. Ask again next year"
