should I do to fix the unbalance in my arms because my right arm looks fatter and not as toned it's really noticeable when I flex should I still the left side first when working out and do the same amount of number reps with my right arm the one that looks weaker but is the stronger one?

This is definitely not gonna work for me. I've never been able to do a stand on one leg, even as a kid. I have had knee replacement surgery. I have osteoarthritis. I'm overweight. Vertigo.

I just read that there no such thing as perfect muscle balance, that we always gonna have one dominant side, but that the problem happens when our weak side is just too weak and can't handle our lifestyle.
