Is Mohg's Great Rune actually really strong?! I think so and I have some proof around it as well.

It also increases bleed proc by 15-20%

Also gives a buff of damage everytime you cause bleed to a enemy the buff applies to you and the invocation on a Time of 20s

you could just use mohgs spear and use a mimic tear (both are max upgraded) then just spam the special ability when shes beating up ur mimic tear
