It would be cool if you entered the egg in a dlc type thing and go through the halig tree in the past before miquella was taken by mohg. and you fight mohg in the halig tree considering thats where miquella is. And it gives you the option to either kill miquella and get a new great rune, or take his power and after you defeat malenia in the present you can trigger a distant memory from her chair and she talks to you like the king in ds2 and gives you cool lore information that only she knows.
