Very clear, helpful directions. I will use this later. I'm trying to find help to get the modem restarted, then get it to talk to the cable box. It just says CAST. Yes, I've unplugged and tightened connections of everything. This seems to happen every time we have a big wind storm. No wind in the house. Don't see why I should tighten anything!
