If you have a voice control remote, and your TV gives you a network error, not allowing you to change channels or do anything else, immediately go into settings (if and when you are able -or unplug and re-plug the cable box) and turn off all voice control. That is the only fix. While your Xfi TV box does not use your wifi, the voice remote does, and if it loses connection with your router (which it always does since it is a cheap piece of crap), it'll lock your cable box up with an error message, making it impossible to change the channel for hours or days.
