This was the only video that helped me program a replacement remote. It was super fast also. I spent 20 mins on the phone with a Comcast tech. Waste of time. Your directions with the video demo were spot on. Thank you, thank you!

Comcast had me on hold for 47 minutes and did not get the remote Programmed. You're video got it programmed in under 4 minutes thank you so much this was so helpful

Omg! You are fantastic! It is literally going on 1am. I have been trying to figure out why I couldn't change the channel on my mother's tv. I unplugged everything which usually works..but not this time...I came across your video.. And I am so thankful! I followed your step by step process and it worked! Thank you sooo much Now I can go to Bed! Lol..

you sir are an absolute angel!! i sat on the phone with Xfinity for hrs while they were "trying to troubleshoot my devices " and they were absolutely clueless, they wanted to send a tech out here just to charge me $100 service charge for them to come out and do what you showed me to do in under a minute!! they have all these ppl working for them that dont know anything about devices or how to use them smdh! i pay almost $300 a month for my plan and everytime i have an issue i go through the same headache cause nobody ever knows anything and they always want a tech to come out to my house, just so they can charge $100 just to walk in my door smdh. I always end up coming to YouTube just to find a diy video just to fix the problems and issues im having! i watched a cpl other videos before trying to solve the issue i was having, then i stumbled upon yours, and i followed your steps and it literally took me under 1 minute to resolve my issue! For some reason when i woke up today i wasn't able to pause, fast forward or rewind any shows I was watching today, i tried unplugging and rebooting my modem and all my boxes and nothing helped!! I cant thank you enough for uploading this video and helping all of us cause i was getting extremely frustrated and upset especially since everyone at Xfinity doesn't know anything about anything smdh! Thank you so much! i owe you a Christmas present for this just lmk wat u want and I will send it to you cause you decreased my stress and frustration levels, you deserve a Youtuber of the year award or smthn and i just subscribed to your channel too, its my first time here but definitely not the last😂😭😂😭😂😭😂😭

OMG, thank you for such a great video of how to reset the XFinity remote control!!! My remote didn’t respond to Channel button, neither volume buttons.

It worked and I did it in just 1 minute!! Thank you, than you!!! 😃👏🏻🙌🏻

Oh my goodness!!!! We have been on the phone with Comcast, he couldn’t help because he didn’t know what we were talking about, we also listened and tried so many suggestions from the internet and YouTube. No success until I found you. 😮
Less than a minute later, my remote worked with the tv!!

My parents had problems with their comcast remove. They called comcast and said to bring box in to swap it out but it will cost something. Tried your method and it worked. Omg. Thank you. Saved so much headache. Comcast is such a scam sadly

Very helpful brother thought it was the batteries until my dad gave newer ones and it just kept blinking not working ive had this for awhile your a savior however no number popped up so all I did was hit a and b again and boom remote worked again so if some of you on here it didn't work after doing these steps just repeat the holding a and b again and it should work💯💯

Your video was the best . I tried others which didn't work and than i found yours. Thanks for your help. I can now change channels and control the volume. These things should come with pairing instructions, maybe you should sell them your video. Thanks.

And when my voice control wasn’t working and they were instructing me how to fix it and couldn’t, they told me to go to xfinity to get a new remote. Thank you! My voice control is working again. Besos 😘
