I do this everynight for 15 to 20 minutes before bed, many decades. At 70 years old never have any back pain, muscles cramps, knee discomfort and sleep 8 hours like a baby without a trip to bathroom.

Tried first time last night and slept almost 8 hrs uninterrupted sleep. Unbelievable. Praise the Lord. I'm 73 yrs. old have sleep apnea and insomnia. I will continue this every night. It was so relaxing.

I do this every night
It's a game changer. Better sleep, deep relaxation, calmness, beautiful bowel movements right after waking up in the morning, better circulation, stronger immune system, you name it. I like to do it with a breathing exercise, deep breath in 5, hold for 1, to 2 secs, release long and slow in 8.

What a coincidence I saw this. Actually, even though I've just seen this now, I had begun 3 days ago starting out my day each morning by doing this for one hour. I have A LOT of health issues going on, and it is not the time for strenuous exercise or going to a gym. I am SHOCKED at the improvement in only 3 days. I've just seen a vein specialist and also last week, a surgeon. For some time, I've had a lot of pain for different reasons in my legs that has been getting rapidly worse lately. Nobody told me to do this. I just woke up the other morning and decided to do it everyday to see what happens. The results are mind-blowing!! 🙂🙂🙂

This pose has done wonders for me. I’m not always able to lie on the floor to do it but on the days I can’t I do it in bed. I put my body up against my headboard making sure my bottom touches my headboard and lie there for 20 minutes. My legs feel so limber now and I can bend from the waist without any issues. It’s a game changer 🎉

Done this for the last 3 evenings as ankles are a bit swollen due to warm weather. Just realised when reading the comments & after your vlog that WOW I actually have had 3 nights completely unbroken sleep. At 70+ this is a bonus. I did this yesterday to a meditation video. I slept all night uninterrupted for the first time in months. I woke up this morning feeling so refreshed. I'm going to start doing this daily. I love all your videos, they're very helpful. Thank you !

I used to do it 13 years ago and STILL cause i have so many lower back pain and it tremendously relief that pain and make it go away for at least 4 to 5 hours, but i didn't know that it can do all of that miracles, THANK YOU SO MUCH DOCTOR MANDELL AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES 🙏
