I dunno why people skip leg day, IMO, leg workouts are more fun than upper body workouts.

I will just add my two cents. I do huge amount of intense cardio and really late dinner is beneficial for me. I observed that after training in the late afternoon/evening and eating large meal at 9PM (going to bed at 11PM), my performance the next day is far superior than without it (even if I do not eat breakfast). Meal provides resources for glycogen replenishment + proteins for muscle regeneration.
Also most of the people here mention sleep problems, but when I do not eat anything in the evening after workout I just can't sleep, because I wake up multiple times being hungry (and the lack of sleep due to that fact leads to problem with workout the next day, which leads to lower performance and calorie consumption, which ironically leads to accumulating a bit more fat).

Great channel. Love the fact that you do the research (actual research, not read a random blog article), know the science, and present facts. Only thing I would recommend is to post the resources under description. No one does it, and you already come across as reliable, but that would make your channel and videos even better.

I think it just helps some people skip that extra snack. I find it extremely easy to not eat too much in the morning but late at night it's a lot harder to say no even if I'm full and I know im full. might just be a thing with me though

I'm quite impressed that this research is relevant. I recently read a book on the science of weight loss, and muscle gain (whole book being backed by scientific research) and he showed numerous articles that back this video. The real challenge is trying to convince people of this. Thanks PictureFit, you've just earned another subscriber.
