One of the most common sleep disorder in adults is insomnia. It is defined as difficulty in maintaining or initiating sleep and is most common in adults. But there is a natural way to remedy that and you can do it everyday in the comfort of your own homes!

How? You guessed it right--exercise!!

Exercise helps improve sleep and doing it on a regular basis can contribute to a more restful sleep. Exercise can help improve your sleeping habits and remedy sleep issues like insomnia, eventually making you increase the duration of your night rest.

While all these sounds promising, there is actually a lot of truth to it and it is backed by science, too! So in today's workout video, I want to help you sleep much better by providing you with the right exercises to do to get you ready for the night.

So this work out did the opposite of giving me a good sleep, however, I do this work out in the morning now because it wakes me up and I love it!

thank you roberta, i do this every night before i go to sleep . but, also you should create like a channel before you go to sleep workout or something like that, i think it will be great ! same with mornings . :)
