I've recently had about 5 Blue screen errors in about 2 months on my Legion Laptop with this error code(Power State failure) & I followed along with this video doing what I felt was relevant to my case. Did the troubleshoot on the Power settings, Deleted unverified drivers & rolled back one driver that had a yellow exclamation mark in my device manager. I'm hoping this will sort out the issue as I can't tell for sure if it's fixed. The Blue screen error has been happening randomly & usually my PC is back up & running in a few seconds which is why I say I can't be sure that the probelm has been resolved but I will share an update.
