If all these steps didnt work open up your case and see if the gpu is sagging from the pcie slot and if it is put an anti sag item (my case are some broken 5 dollar airpods case) and it seemed to have fix the problem. the sagging would be worse depending on the size of your gpu.

every time i accidentaly kicked my table (where my pc is on top) my pc gets this error, i did this method of fixing it and then went on a test for like 4 hours. and it went to normal but when i accidentaly moved my chair and hit the table of my pc it went on this BSOD again. i think my slot is damaged or it might have a loose screw am i close to the problem ?

UPDATE !!! FROM ME- Stop Code Video TDR Failure in Windows 10/11 - OK... Loved all your help... I would Like to advise you check your CPU FAN. FIRST -Go into BIOS and CHECK your CPU Temp. If it's over 80'c -Your CPU FAN is the problem. CPU Cooler Check this first.

Ok some weird shizz is going on now. I just did the safe mode deletion of the Nvidia graphics driver in safe mode but was not able to access the internet in safe mode so I reverted back to normal and installed there. Tested the game again and again blue screen 30 seconds in.

Not only that but it seems my previous comment was deleted from here somehow. It was definitely posted here. Perhaps because of my less than favorable comments about Microsoft's Windows 11 lol
Anyway I think I'm screwed. Might ahve to do a full Windows reinstall but I forgot my Win 10 PW

i do uninstall the intel graphics driver in safe mode by DDU
and while installing latest version of graphics driver in normal mode then pc crash and i got same error
