First method didnt work and for second i dont have a restore point on my drive and for third one when i try to reset my pc and when it comes on 57% it says undoing changes then it says no changes were done and there is only 1 option which is close pls tell how to fix it

so w10 System restore changed the drives letters so now my c (with the os )is now f .so i opened Adv options and then the C prompt and : net start vss enter and rstrui.exe/offline:F:\windows =active i selected the first 3 points of the sys restore(the last chronologically speaking ) the process is working for a few minutes and then error message with this code at the end 0x80070002
What can i do now? can u help me ?
