Thank you for posting this. I am on the last option. I have a lot of large files (345 Gigs). Does it really save all my files or should I move them somewhere else before resetting the OS? BTW, How did you get your a moving background like that? Very cool!

I have tried everything on This problem has no fix. I've tried sfc scan restore health, registry edits and even recovery as per the current video...
